An enlarged prostate, or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), is common in aging men. It occurs when the prostate gland enlarges, compressing the urethra and causing symptoms like frequent urination, difficulty starting, weak urine flow, incomplete bladder emptying, and dribbling.
Its symptoms are mostly found in older adults, with around 80% of men aged 70 years and older experiencing some symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Mr. Amos, a resident of Kenya who was also falling in the same age range, was experiencing symptoms of an enlarged prostate. He was diagnosed with this condition in his home country and was looking for a reliable treatment option.
