  • Case Management - International Business

    • Role requires medical and travel related conversation with patients globally in their native language.
    • Healthcare background or experience of working in a similar company 
    • Experience of consulting clients
    • Knowledge of any of following language: Bengali, French, Arabic, Russian or Uzbek, Spanish, Portuguese, Bahasa, Romanian
    • For Applicants in India, Location is Gurgaon
    • For International Applicants: Location could be Istanbul, Bangkok, Dubai, Tunisia or Malaysia. Citizens of these countries preferred.

       

  • Case Management - Domestic Business

    • Role requires medical conversation with patients in India 
    • Strong healthcare background
    • Experience of working in hospitals or similar companies
    • Preferably a physician or BDS
    • Strong hold on any of the following language: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu Bengali, Punjabi and Marathi
    • Location: Gurgaon

       

  • Ground Operations - Concierge for patients

    • Requires assisting patients within and outside the hospitals
    • Knowledge of 1+ International language from the following list Bengali, French, Arabic, Russian or Uzbek, Spanish, Portuguese, Bahasa, Romanian
    • For Applicants in India, Location could be Delhi/NCR, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai
    • For International Applicants: Location could be Istanbul, Bangkok, Dubai, Tunisia or Malaysia. Citizens of these countries preferred.

       

  • Country Managers

    • Requires managing Vaidam operations in the destination country.
    • Engaging with leading hospitals, doctors
    • setting up framework for patient assistance in that country - from enquiry to treatment.
    • Location could be Istanbul, Bangkok, Dubai, Egypt, Tunisia or Malaysia. Citizens of these countries preferred.

       

  • Customer Support for International Patients

    • Work requires assisting International patients with Appointments in hospitals or medical camps organised by Vaidam.
    • Strong spoken, reading and writing skills in French, Arabic, Russian or Bengali. 
    • Location: Gurgaon

       

  • Technology

    • Full stack engineering. 
    • Core pHp and MySQL
    • Conceptually strong
    • Location: Gurgaon

       

  • Content Writing

    • Must be from healthcare or related background.
    • Demonstrated Healthcare writing experience
    • Experience 1 to 8 years
    • Location: Gurgaon

       

  • Digital Marketing (SEO)

    • Experience of working on large portals
    • Healthcare experience preferred
    • Location: Gurgaon

       

  • Digital Marketing (Google and Facebook Ads)
