Dr. Arnold Plazid Thekakara serves as a Specialist in Anesthesia at Burjeel Hospital, Abu Dhabi, with 9 years of focused clinical experience in operating room anesthesia, trauma resuscitation, and acute surgical pain control.

He obtained his MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2003 and subsequently completed his postgraduate Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Anesthesiology from Father Muller Medical College in Mangalore in 2012. He then served as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology, mentoring surgical residents and anesthesia trainees.
