Shehu Lau Hamza Couldn't be More Thankful as He Finally Recovered from His Spinal Pain in India

As his back got stiff and painful Hamza thought of looking for his treatment elsewhere

Nigerian businessman Shehu Lau Hamza has been suffering from back ache for sometime. Inspite of several medications he couldn't get rid of it. Finally, he thought to look for treatments abroad.

As Hamza's spine pain generated from a friction between the lumbar vertebrae, Dr. Verma thought it was best to perform transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) surgery. In this surgical procedure, the surgeon operates the spine through the back or posterior of the patient. A bone graft is placed between two vertebrae to avoid movement or friction that causes the pain.

Hamza's medical trip to India was for 50 days. "After the surgery I felt a lot more comfortable. Ofcourse, it took time to heal. Spine surgery is a major surgery".
