We encountered the case of Mr. Sohaneshwar, a 57-year-old, during our medical camp held in Fiji. The consultant and the patient discussed his issues, and he opened up about his past medical history, revealing that he had suffered a stroke and heart attack a few years back.

The patient's family had a history of heart attack, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes mellitus. He experienced shortness of breath and chest pain when exerting himself.

After reviewing his report, the doctors recommended that he should come to India for treatment. 

The patient arrived in India with his friend and was referred to Dr. Ramji Mehrotra, a highly experienced Cardiac Surgeon with 25 years of practice. He was diagnosed with Triple Vessel Disease, an advanced form of Coronary Artery Disease.
