• Gladys Kamande from Kenya couldn't walk, required an oxygen tank to bleed and has been blind for five years.
  • Multiple tests were performed at BLK Super Specialty Hospital when she came to India for her treatment.
  • Doctors found that the cause of her five years of blindness was blood clots in her optic nerve.
  • After the clots were carefully cleared, Kamande got back her eyesight again.
  • Her lungs are too weak and damaged because of which she required an oxygen tank.
  • Doctors pumped oxygen directly to her lungs through her mouth and continued it till her lungs got stronger.
  • She can breathe normally now and has fully recovered.
