Osteosarcoma is a primary malignant bone tumor with a worldwide prevalence of 3.4 per million people per year. Osteosarcoma treatment most often involves surgery and chemotherapy. Sometimes, radiation therapy might also be an option if the cancer isn’t fully treated with surgery.

The incidence of osteosarcoma has been reported to be higher in males than females. One such patient, Mr. Mohammed Zakir Hossain, a 48-year-old male from Bangladesh, was also suffering from the same.
