- Khon Kean Hospital is an award-winning hospital founded in 1947 located in the city of Khon Kaen, the northern region of Thailand.
- Since its inception, it has evolved progressively to a primary and advanced tertiary care hospital that covers health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and holistic rehabilitation.
- It has established integrated medical and surgical services with departments like Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, General Surgery, Cardiovascular, Oncology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Gastroenterology, Vascular Surgery, Genitourinary Surgery, and Emergency.

- It successfully managed to separate the Siamnon-Nun twins, the first pair of Siamese twins with only one set of the biliary tract, becoming the 10th case in the world.
