- Dr. Walter Tan Tiang Lee is a plastic surgeon having more than 25 years of expertise.
- Services provided by him includes general breast and breast cancer surgery, including breast reconstruction surgery, head and neck surgery (thyroid and salivary gland surgery), and aesthetic surgery.
- He served as a professor of surgery at the National University of Singapore, chief of surgery at National University Hospital, and head of the division of plastic and reconstructive surgery until joining Raffles Hospital in 2001. Additionally, he was a Master of the Singapore Academy of Medicine (2000- 2002).

Additionally, he serves as the International Confederation for Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery's National Representative for Singapore (IPRAS).
