- Dr. Mahir Ozmen is a General Surgeon with an experience of more than 27 years in the field.

- He received the F.A.C.S title given by the American College of Surgeons and the F.R.C.S title given by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
- He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1989 and became a general surgeon in 1995. He also received an M.S (Master of Surgery) degree from the University of Southampton in 1997.
- Dr. Ozmen worked in the field of organ transplantation at Cambridge University Addenbrooke's Hospital and London Kings College Hospital between 2000-2001 and later in 2012 he received his Subspecialty in Surgical Oncology.
