Dr. Kaustubh Patel is a senior Surgical Oncologist with over 50 years of experience.
He specialises in treating thyroid, parathyroid, and salivary gland surgeries and organ-preserving surgeries for the mandible (jaw) and larynx (voice box).
He also holds expertise in performing surgeries for recurrent head and neck cancers and second malignancies.
He completed his MBBS from BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad in 1984.
Subsequently, he pursued his MS and MCh in Surgical Oncology from Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute, Gujarat.
In 1993, he also undertook a fellowship at the prestigious Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, United States.
Dr. Kaustubh has received numerous awards for Best Presentation and Best Paper at various conferences, including those held by the UICC.
