Prof. Dr. Essam ElToukhy is an esteemed Consultant Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Burjeel Hospital, Abu Dhabi, with over 30 years of distinguished experience. He specializes in aesthetic eyelid procedures, complex reconstructive periocular surgery, and orbital disease management.

He graduated with an MBBCh from Cairo University and earned his MSc and MD in Ophthalmology, subsequently holding academic professorial rank.
