Dr. Saud Alzahrani

Dr. Saud Alzahrani is the Head of Department and Consultant in Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery at Burjeel Hospital, Abu Dhabi. Internationally trained in North America, Dr. Alzahrani is an authority in minimally invasive spinal procedures, peripheral nerve reconstructions, and complex neurosurgical interventions.

Dr. Alzahrani graduated with honors from King Saud University in Riyadh and completed his neurosurgery residency at the University of Ottawa, Canada, earning his Fellowship Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) in 2018. He completed subspecialty fellowships in Peripheral Nerve Surgery at the University of Calgary and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery at Western University.

• Minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery for herniated discs and spinal canal stenosis
• Complex spinal instrumentation, deformity correction, and stabilization for degenerative conditions
• Peripheral nerve decompression, traumatic nerve injury repairs, and nerve tumor resections
• Interventional spine pain management and neurosurgical management of cranial trauma
