Dr. Sailaja Vuppu is the Head of Department and Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Burjeel Hospital, Abu Dhabi. With over 15 years of clinical practice in the United Kingdom and the UAE, Dr. Vuppu is an acclaimed specialist in maternal medicine, urogynecology, and minimally access pelvic surgery.

Dr. Sailaja graduated from Guntur Medical College, India, in 1999 and achieved Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) in the UK in 2009. She completed subspecialty training in urogynecology and labor ward management, earning her Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in 2013 and a Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery.
