Dr. Rakesh Rai is a premier Consultant Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary and Multi-Organ Transplant Surgeon at King's College Hospital London Dubai. He completed advanced fellowship training in HPB surgery and abdominal organ transplantation across leading centers in the UK and USA.

He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) and has served as a senior consultant in major university medical centers, performing complex resections for liver, gallbladder, and pancreatic cancers.
