Dr. Mauricio Herrera is the esteemed Director of Maternal Fetal Medicine at Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi, possessing over 24 years of pioneering international clinical experience in fetal surgery, prenatal diagnosis, and high-risk obstetric therapeutics.

He has directed prestigious Maternal Fetal Medicine departments since 2001 and has undergone advanced international fellowship training in in-utero fetal interventions, fetal cardiology, and fetal neurology. Dr. Herrera is a frequent keynote lecturer at international fetal medicine congresses.
