Dr. Lilan Bhat is an eminent Senior Consultant Specialist Ophthalmologist and Cornea Surgeon at Prime Hospital, Dubai, bringing 25 years of distinguished clinical, surgical, and academic expertise across India's premier medical universities and tertiary eye hospitals in Oman and the UAE.

She completed both her undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MS in Ophthalmology) education at the prestigious Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry, India. Dr. Bhat served for over a decade as Associate Professor and Professor at Manipal and Amrita Institutes.
