- After completing his MD in 1974 from Mahidol University, he did a graduate diploma in the same year. In 1990, he became a fellow of the International College of Surgeons and in 2003 a diploma from the Thai Board of Family Medicine. In 2005, he did another diploma from the Thai Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Dr. Tuchinda is an expert at menopause and laparoscopic surgery. He performs gynecologic cancer staging, hysterectomy, myomectomy, tubal ligation and tubal reanastomosis. He also performs emoval of ovaries/ovarian cysts/fibroids/adhesion, blcoking blood flow to fibroids, endometrial tissue ablation, tubal ligation, Burch procedure for incontinence and vault suspension to treat a prolapsed uterus.
