Dr. Dror Paley

Dr. Dror Paley is the founder of the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute and serves as a Senior Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi. With over three decades of clinical mastery and more than 20,000 surgical procedures, he is internationally recognized as the world’s leading authority on limb lengthening and complex deformity reconstruction.

He completed his medical education at the University of Toronto, surgical internship at Johns Hopkins, and residency at Toronto, followed by specialized fellowships in Italy with Professor Ilizarov. Dr. Paley invented numerous limb lengthening devices and reconstructive procedures practiced worldwide.
