Laparpscopic salpingectomy is a minimally invasive surgery in this procedure a thin instrument called laparoscope is inserted which has a light and camera at its end. In the process of abdominal salpingectomy one large incision is being made across the abdomen and the surgeon will able to get acesss to this fallopian tube through this incision. Once the fallopian tubes are removed they are stitched.
