- His clinical interest includes treatment of Parkinson’s disease, cerebrovascular disease, multiple sclerosis and headache disorders.
- He studied medicine at the University of Göttingen, Germany and also carried out research on Parkinson’s disease at the Max Planck Institute.
- After graduation, Prof. Klockgether went to Oldenburg for clinical training and completed his specialist training in degenerative ataxias at Tübingen.
