Bladder instillation refers to the process in which medicines is directly introduced in bladder for treating the patients with interstitial cyst and bladder pain syndrome who have failed conservative and oral therapy.
One of the most common reasons an urologist may recommend instillations of the bladder is interstitial cystitis which is sometimes mistaken as urinary tract infection.
