Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) is highly expressed in prostate cancer cells. High PSMA expression has been independently associated with reduced survival.
Lu-177-PSMA therapy is associated with reduced pain and low toxicity in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer progression after standard therapy.
