Certain tests are required before an ICSI procedure, including blood tests of females, serum test or ultrasonography for ovarian reserve, Anti-Mullerian Hormone test, testing level of Follicle-stimulating hormone & Estradiol, antral follicle count, uterus examination, and semen analysis of males.
