Virendra Desai along with his wife from Zambia wanted to have a complete medical check-up for which they wanted to come to India. When Virendra was trying to find the best hospitals in India for the complete health checkup, he ended up on the website of Vaidam Health. He posted his query and soon got a callback from one of the case managers of the team, Sapna Joseph. The case manager got different opinions from some of the topmost doctors in India and shared them with the patient. Virendra and his wife were also assisted in selecting the hospital based on the other factors such as cost, accommodation, food etc.
As soon as the couple decided to visit Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital Mumbai, the visa application process was initiated. The team helped them got the visa invitation letter from the hospital and also filled the visa application form. After the visa arrival, the couple arrived in India on 28th January. They were picked up from the airport and dropped their hotel. Within a day, the appointment was booked at the hospital and the health checkup was conducted.
The doctor took a detailed case history and ordered routine blood examination and further investigations. After the reports came back, a detailed counseling session was held regarding the lifestyle changes that were needed to be done. Virendra and his wife were satisfied and glad everything. They were contented with the advice and the suggestions given by the doctor, and happy with all the arrangements done by the Vaidam team after their arrival in India. The couple finally went back to Zambia on 27th February.
