Prosper Rweyendera is 68 years old from Tanzania with a history of hypertension and diabetes. He had been taking the required medications for his ailments and doing fine with it. Then suddenly, he started having an irregular heartbeat. He also had two episodes of syncope within a period of one week. He could also feel palpitations and dizziness.
