I am Armelle Fungula and I am from Zaire.
What kind of problems did you have?
I wanted to have a child. When I consulted the local gynaecologist, I was suggested to get IVF treatment. My reports also revealed that I am eligible to get the treatment. However, this provision was not available in Zaire. So, I decided to come to India for IVF treatment.
How did you choose the hospital for your checkup?
While I was looking for the best IVF doctors in India, somebody told me about Vaidam Health. I posted a query on their website and received a call back from one of their case managers, Aditi Sabharwal. She helped me with the list of topmost doctors and their profiles. She also got me hospital opinions and associated quotes.
How was your visit to India arranged?
After I decided to visit the International Fertility Center the case manager helped me to get the Visa Invitation Letter from the hospital. The visa application process was also done by the Vaidam team. I only had to give my information. Other than this, the accommodation was also arranged by the team as per my preferences. My pickup and drop off from the airport was also arranged by team members. They facilitated my trip very smoothly.
What was your experience at the hospital?
After I arrived in India on 23rd September, I was picked up from the airport and my appointment was scheduled with Dr. Rita Bakshi. She took a detailed medical history and heard me patiently. My physical examination was carried out and I was sent for further investigations. After the reports came back, she scheduled my IVF treatment and made all the preparations. She also answered all my queries with utter patience.
My entire medical visit at the hospital went on smoothly. The hospital staff and the Vaidam team assisted me in everything and were quite reliable. I am grateful to them.
