Aatmanand Seegoolan happily waved his hand to the Vaidam operations team executive while going back home. He was extremely glad to know that he did not have any cancer.
Native to Mauritius, Aatmanand came to India with a heavy heart as he thought he is suffering from bile duct cancer. He wanted to get himself treatment as soon as possible. Therefore he decided to visit India and consult the best oncologist in India. After the recommendation, Shree visited Vaidam’s website and posted a query. Shortly he was contacted by one of the case managers of the team.
The case manager sent him a list of top liver doctors and hospitals along with their profiles. Aatmanand went through the profiles and decided to visit Dharamshila Narayana Super speciality Hospital, New Delhi. The Vaidam team also helped him get the Visa Invitation Letter and applying medical visa to India. The visa was received within 72 hours after which Aatmanand booked his tickets to India.
Finally, Aatmanand arrived in India on 3rd November 2018. Thereafter, his appointment was scheduled with Dr. Asit Arora, a specialist in surgical gastroenterologist. The doctor evaluated him meticulously and sent him for further investigations. To his surprise, the reports revealed that he did not have bile duct cancer. There was another abnormality in the bile duct for which Aatmanand was put on medical management.
“I was on cloud nine when I came to know that I did not have cancer. I just needed some medical management and I will be fine. The doctor has asked me to come back after 3 months for a check-up.”
