For a couple of years 74-year-old Sabriya Karim experienced a difficulty in breathing and got easily exhausted. Though both the symptoms can be attributed to old age yet when she went for an angiogram in her home country, Iraq she understood that her age was not to be blamed for such conditions. The angiogram report revealed that she had multiple heart blockades.
“I didn’t know about it till the angiogram was performed. I thought it’s quite normal at my age and didn’t feel the need to undergo a medical treatment. After the surgery, I did not suffer from any pain and am ready to head back home”.
