Dr. Manoj Miglani will be consulting related to spinal and orthopedic disorders.
He is a renowned Spine and Orthopedic Surgeon having more than 22 years of experience. He is currently associated with Fortis Flt. Lt. Rajan Dhall Hospital, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
The consultation fee for the Orthopedic and Spine consultation camp is LE 150 (8 USD).
The consultation fee for the Urological camp is 30 USD.
Investigations required for orthopedic and spine patients are X-Ray and MRI.
Investigations required for Urological consultancy -

For Prostate Cancer - Serum PSA followed by MRI or Biopsy

For Kidney Cancer and Bladder Cancer - USG abdomen pelvis followed by CT Scan

For other issues like Benign enlargement of the prostate, Stones in the Kidney, Ureter, and Bladder - USG abdomen pelvis
A Vaidam team member will also be there to assist the patients. If the investigations take time, the patient can contact the Vaidam team in Sierra Leone/ Liberia or in India for support such as video consultation with doctors, opinions on investigations done, or any other medical questions.
The patients can also connect to similar patients from Sierra Leone and Liberia whom these doctors have helped before.
If there is no requirement for surgical intervention then the patient will be counseled accordingly during the camp. But, if they need any surgery or treatment, they will be suggested to travel to India.
The doctor will share all the necessary information with the patients, such as cost estimate, treatment success rate, recovery time, etc.
