- The Egyptian IVF-ET Center was founded in 1986 by well-known fertility specialists Professor Mohamed Aboulghar, Dr. Ragaa Mansour, and Professor Gamal Serour. It holds the distinction of being the first medical facility in Egypt and the Middle East dedicated to infertility treatment.
