  • Evolved the technique of Esophageal stenting and Achalasia dilatation with precision without using the Fluoroscopy.
  • Trained many Gastroenterologists in Armed Forces to undertake endoscopic procedures
  • Formulating long-term/short term strategic plans & SOPs to provide standardized health care in Gastroenterology  Services
  • Implementing strict measures in operating procedures to optimize resources/capacity utilization
  • Managing the operations including budgeting, personnel planning
  • Adviser to Director General of Armed Forces Medical Services from 2004 - 2009 for all the procurements related to Gastroenterology, for the hospitals all over the country
  • Interests are Hepatatis Treatment,  Liver Transplant, Gastric ulcer Treatment, Pancreastic Disease, GI Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, ERCP Treatment, Endoscopic Ultrasound, Acidity and Constipation
  • Member of various associations such as Indian Society of Gastroenterology (ISG), Indian National Association of Study of Liver (INASL), Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India (SGEI), Association of Physicians of India (API) and Indian Academy of Clinical Medicine (IACM)
